Training on improving the use of the private rented sector for those in housing need
In partnership with Inside Housing Solutions and supported by CLG, Crisis has recently developed a training package on improving the use of the private rented sector to assist those in housing need.  Topics include:
  • Services for landlords
  • Services for clients
  • Inspecting properties
  • Organisational principles
  • Property management
The in-depth modular training programme is now being offered directly by Inside Housing Solutions .  They have recently released details of their new Autumn Training Programme.

Government, finance departments, landlords and not least tenants are asking organisations to be more innovative when creating and developing schemes that facilitate and sustain access in the PRS. This training package will assist you in moving towards a financially sustainable approach that meets the needs of your local landlords and is effective in preventing and tackling homelessness locally.

To find out more about the training or to book please contact Inside Housing Solutions
