'Private Access, Public Gain' report published

Co-commissioned by the London Housing Foundation and Crisis, this report highlights the business, strategic and economic case for local authorities to invest in PRS access schemes for single, non-statutory homeless people.

It presents a cost-benefit analysis for a range of commissioners. For example, the research indicates that Supporting People commissioners can generate a net saving of £4,900 for each PRS tenancy used as move-on from supported housing.

The report is 24 pages long and you can download it and other resources commissioned or created by the Foundation in the 'Our Publications' section.
