Following a campaign by Crisis, Shelter, the CIH and Citizens' Advice, a new law has been passed
protecting tenants whose landlords are repossessed. Four leading housing charities have warmly welcomed the Mortgage Repossessions (Protection of Tenants) Act, which was passed into law on 8 April 2010.
