A brand new report is available to download from the PRS website. Commissioned by the London Housing Foundation and undertaken by Geoffrey Randall, 'Improving access to the private rented sector for homeless single people in London - an overview of policies and programmes' summarises the policy and key issues affecting access to the PRS for homeless people.

The London Housing Foundation held a series of symposiums ending in January 2008 aimed at driving forward solutions in making more effective use of the PRS for single homeless people. A report will be published during March 2008.
